Born and raised in Singapore, Mark Pang came to the United States to pursue higher education in
Mechanical and Pharmaceutical Engineering. To balance his technical side, he often expresses his artistic and
creative flair through photography. During the earlier years , Mark Pang was an active member of a documentary team in
Harvest Mission Community Church (www.hmcc.net). This gave him ample opportunities to develop his skills in
general event coverage, stage plays and musicals, group and portrait photos.

His passion and interest in documenting events always spurs him to make his work more meaningful and true.
Mark takes every opportunity to shoot seriously as he believes it will challenge him to continually improve his photojournalistic skills.

After graduating from University of Michigan-Ann Arbor, Mark relocated to New Jersey where
he currently works as a research scientist at a pharmaceutical company.
